Carver 356 is 35'(41' overall length including swim platform). Year of manufacture 2000, but has only been in water (fresh) since 2002.Plenty of space to accomodate comfortably 6 people. In Summer it's wonderful to spend nights anchored on the lake away from everyone.
HAS:2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms w shower, dining area, bar, plenty of storage space, pull out leather sofaDual AC, hardwood design, carpets, equipped kitchen, tinted windows, satellite tracking, stereo, everything maintained. Has been taken out rarely and the condition is very much like new. Was fully inspected last year when I bought it. No taxes, of course, when you buy.
Located at Lake Pleasant Marina. The marina itself offers a lot of fun.
Wooden dock adds to its value. Comes with a few valuable items: 2 flat screen TV, 2 grills, Canvas Covers- keep from sun in Summer and cold in Winter,new expensive patio furniture.
