1981 Hans Christian 39 Pilothouse

This magnificent Hans Christian has spent the last 3 years undergoing a complete professional restoration. The owners have spent over 200K in work and improvements but, sadly their plans have changed! "Lady De Graaf" still needs an engine and electronics installed,(electronics are brand new, in the box, and included in sale), DC wiring, and plumbing to complete this restoration. The hard work has been done, the fun part of the refit awaits! You can finish everything to your custom specifications.

Extensive work includes complete refinishing of the hull, installation of a new Vetus bowthruster, barrier coat & bottom job, systems upgrades, and a long list of additional modifications and upgrades.
