2007 Lagoon 440 Catamaran

The Lagoon 440s are the latest evolution in the highly successful Lagoon series of catamarans built by Jeanneau. They incorporate the latest thinking in cruising catamaran design, style, construction and finish. They are spacious, bright and well ventilated. A few of the standout design elements are a flybridge helm area, four spacious cabins with ensuite heads, a spacious well lighted & ventilated saloon. The galley features a window and open pass-thru to the cockpit, stainless steel sinks, two refrigerators, a stove & oven, plenty of cabinet & drawer storage. The "L" shaped navigation area offers 360 degree visibility of the deck and horizon. The flybridge helm greatly improves visibility from the helm as well sail handling and maneuvering. The large hardtop over the cockpit shelters the cockpit from sun and weather. There is also a forward facing forward cockpit with a bench seat directly in front of the main cabin. The 440 offers excellent space utilization and freedom of movement throughout the boat.

This 2007 Lagoon 440 is in excellent condition. It has been owner operated since purchased new. The boat is powered by two Yanmar 53 HP diesels with saildrives. The boat carries 750 liters of diesel. The engine compartments are completely sound proofed. For fresh water, the boat has a 150 liter/day water maker and carries 900 liters of fresh water. When not shoreside with 220 vac, 220 VAC can be supplied by the very compact, quiet and efficient 4 KW genset driven by the port engine. Overall the boat is very well designed, well built, and at only three years old is in excellent condition. At present the owners are aboard abd are cruising between Cartagena, Colombia, the San Blas Islands and Panama. With several days notice we can easily arrange for you to see it.
