1970 Hatteras 44 Tri-Cabin Motoryacht

This classic 1970 Hatteras 44 Tri-Cabin Motoryacht has recently undergone major renovations and will make some lucky new owner an excellent live-a-board or cruiser!

In April of 2011, she was hauled, her bottom was blasted to removed countless numbers of bottom paint and she was completely refurbished below the waterline. The owner was not content with just that improvement so he had her hull and topsides professionally painted to provide the exquisite look she has today. New electronics were installed as well as refinshing the hand rails and wing doors on the aft deck.

The interior is in great condition and featuring the teak joinery work that Hatteras was famous for, with 3 staterooms, 2 separate heads,(with stall showers),huge galley and salon, she is equipped to cruise anywhere in classic style and comfort!
